Our Father,
We thank you for all of our blessings, great and small. Today, we come to you to pray for protection for Pastor Saed, his wife Nadia and their children. We pray that they will choose to stay in Egypt and do Your good work toward reconciliation with their Muslim neighbors. We pray for peace for all of our brothers and sisters in Egypt. We pray that these attacks upon them cease, according to Your will. We pray for an end to the terrible violence against Christians worldwide. We pray for understanding and for many blessings to visit Your Underground Church. Finally, we pray for the success of this prayer to appeal for Christians in Minya, who have lost everything in the recent violence.
In the name of Your Son, Jesus, we pray.
