Dear Father, I come to you today with great thanksgiving for the many blessings you give to us all. Please forgive my own sin, even when I may be ignorant. I ask for Your Protection for a dear friend. My friend struggles with his past and cannot seem to let it go. I beseech you for his release from those issues that trouble him so. He is working hard to mend and heal, but I would ask that you now take the lead, as his Great Counselor. Please help him to understand what a wonderful fellow he is. Please give him great blessings, for he is one to help others with first instinct. May all things go according to Your Will, Father. Thank You for our glorious existence on this, your beautiful creation. In the name of Your Son, I pray. Amen.
