Prayer Greatly Needed

3/28/2015

America’s sins are much greater than those of any other nation on earth- for our sin and rebellion, our perverse society, our prevailing idolatries and harlotries are happening while there is a church on ever corner! While others may sin in gross darkness, in pagan ignorance… we sin in the light! We sin with great impudence and rebellion and the false preachers and prophets of the day call it “grace” “love" and “mercy”. But where in the Bible does it say that God winks at our sins and rebellion? Where does it say that God’s grace gives us a license to commit wickedness and sexual perversion or compromise with others that do? Where does it say that God will honor and protect a nation that has taken God out of almost every institution and where a great majority of people blaspheme and desecrate His Holy name? Where does it say that God will not send His wrath and judgment on a nation and it’s leaders who murders millions and millions of precious babies all in the name of convenience and promiscuity? When God began to open my eyes to America being the great Babylon, I wondered at first how America could be “drunk on the blood of the saints and the martyrs” since she was was once the greatest missionary sending nation in the world. But no more, God clearly showed me that America is drunk not only on the precious unborn babies through the abortion holocaust but much of the martyrdom of Christians around the world but particularly in the Middle East has been and currently is being funded and supported through US government Black Ops/CIA and global corporations that have targeted Christians as the number one enemy against a global one world system- (Babylon- look on the back of the dollar bill of the unfinished pyramid which is a verified ancient root symbol of the tower of Babel, which was never finished because God confused the languages) Yes America is Babylon and she has already fallen… the only thing left is the prophetic revelation when in one day she falls both economically and militariliy as a nation. And this day is fast approaching. All it would take is one atmospheric nuke over the central US to create an EMP blast to completely destroy our electrical grid and wipe out our technical advantages over our enemies. Most of us were completely delusional that we could be so vulnerable when on 911, the trade towers fell. 911 was an emergency call to us from God trying to warn us that we are that wicked nation who sits as queen saying, "we are invincible, no evil shall ever befall us..."

Please pray to God about being a part of this, as such a ministry can be done right from your home or even as you travel about. As long as you have a smart phone Android or Apple, a PC or Mac, you can participate in both the video and audio. And if all you have is a regular phone, you can call our conference number and be patched in to the prayer meeting with just your audio! So please, my precious friends and family, this is a time to get serious about our faith and our walk with God. Let’s meet with God together and see what He will do to us and through us! We have already begun meeting on Saturday Nights. This Saturday March 28th, at 9:00pm- Midnight Eastern time, 6:00pm-9:00pm West coast time, we will meet with great anticipation to intercede and cry out to the Lord. ~ Bro. Proverbs 14, A Study

3/20/2015

The wise woman builds her house, But the foolish tears it down with her own hands.
He who walks in his uprightness fears the LORD, But he who is devious in his ways despises Him.
In the mouth of the foolish is a rod for his back, But the lips of the wise will protect them.
Where no oxen are, the manger is clean, But much revenue comes by the strength of the ox.
A trustworthy witness will not lie, But a false witness utters lies.
A scoffer seeks wisdom and finds none, But knowledge is easy to one who has understanding.
Leave the presence of a fool, Or you will not discern words of knowledge.
The wisdom of the sensible is to understand his way, But the foolishness of fools is deceit.
Fools mock at sin, But among the upright there is good will.
The heart knows its own bitterness, And a stranger does not share its joy.
The house of the wicked will be destroyed, But the tent of the upright will flourish.
There is a way which seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.
Even in laughter the heart may be in pain, And the end of joy may be grief.
The backslider in heart will have his fill of his own ways, But a good man will be satisfied with his.
The naive believes everything, But the sensible man considers his steps.
Awise man is cautious and turns away from evil, But a fool is arrogant and careless.
A quick-tempered man acts foolishly, And a man of evil devices is hated.
The naive inherit foolishness, But the sensible are crowned with knowledge.
The evil will bow down before the good, And the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
The poor is hated even by his neighbor, But those who love the rich are many.
He who despises his neighbor sins, But happy is he who is gracious to the poor.
Will they not go astray who devise evil? But kindness and truth will be to those who devise good.
In all labor there is profit, But mere talk leads only to poverty.
The crown of the wise is their riches, But the folly of fools is foolishness.
A truthful witness saves lives, But he who utters lies is treacherous.
In the fear of the LORD there is strong confidence, And his children will have refuge.
The fear of the LORD is a fountain of life, That one may avoid the snares of death.
In a multitude of people is a king's glory, But in the dearth of people is a prince's ruin.
He who is slow to anger has great understanding, But he who is quick-tempered exalts folly.
A tranquil heart is life to the body, But passion is rottenness to the bones.
He who oppresses the poor taunts his Maker, But he who is gracious to the needy honors Him.
The wicked is thrust down by his wrongdoing, But the righteous has a refuge when he dies.
Wisdom rests in the heart of one who has understanding, But in the hearts of fools it is made known.
Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a disgrace to any people.
The king's favor is toward a servant who acts wisely, But his anger is toward him who acts shamefully.

People Are Messy

...In essence, the verse is telling us that life is simpler if you don’t get too close to people. It’s quieter, cleaner and less complicated. Your “stable” will stay clean if you are the only one in it.

And that philosophy guides the lives of a lot of folks. Isolationists. Loners. Or maybe just “non-people people.”  For whatever reason (shyness, past hurts/disappointments, or insecurities), some people just prefer to be alone. And some of us think that relationships just aren’t worth all the hassle.

But here is what I think: We were not intended to live life alone. True, it is easier not to bother with people. You can do what you want when you want without the worry of what other people think or do. But we were put on this earth to do life with one another. We are better together than we are apart – even with all of the complications of relationships...

A Living Treasure, Part Three

Your Bible: A Living Treasure, Part Three
by Adrian Rogers, Love Worth Finding Ministries

In the first two parts of this study, we saw the Bible as a timeless, truthful, treasured book, a living book because the Creator of the universe literally breathed out the Word of God. If you missed these studies, check out the article archives.

We saw that it must be assimilated - taken into your mind, understood, and provided as nourishment for your soul and spirit. How do you do that? First by praying, asking God to be your teacher, then by meditating.

Meditate Upon It

I will meditate on Your precepts And regard Your ways.
Psalm 119:15

And I shall lift up my hands to Your commandments, Which I love; And I will meditate on Your statutes.
Psalm 119:48

Remember, too, that the Bible contains different forms of literature. Read poetry as poetry, prophecy as prophecy. See precept as precept, promise as promise, and proverb as proverb.

For example, a proverb is a general principle that when generally applied brings a general result. In the book of Proverbs there are ways to be healthy, wealthy, and wise.

Memorize It

Your word I have treasured in my heart, That I may not sin against You.
Psalm 119:11

I shall delight in Your statutes; I shall not forget Your word.
Psalm 119:16

Obey It

You have ordained Your precepts, That we should keep them diligently. Oh that my ways may be established To keep Your statutes!
Psalm 119:4-5

Proclaim It

Make me understand the way of Your precepts, So I will meditate on Your wonders.
Psalm 119:27

I will also speak of Your testimonies before kings And shall not be ashamed.
Psalm 119:46

Let my tongue sing of Your word, For all Your commandments are righteousness.
Psalm 119:172

A Living Treasure, Part Two

Your Bible: A Living Treasure, Part Two
by Adrian Rogers, Love Worth Finding Ministries

In part 1, you saw two qualities of the Word of God which set it apart from all other books:

Timelessness - it has stood the test of time and the assaults of cynics and skeptics.
Truthfulness - it is "God-breathed" and comes from a God who cannot lie.

When you read the Bible, you find phrases like "the Word of the Lord," "the Word of God," or "the Lord said" used 3,808 times. If the Bible is not the Word of God, it's the biggest bundle of lies ever unleashed on planet Earth. The Bible is truth, absolutely.

Let's look at other virtues of the Bible which set it apart, for if you don't appreciate the virtues of the Word of God, you won't have any desire to understand it.

The Bible Is A Treasured Book

The law of Your mouth is better to me Than thousands of gold and silver pieces.
Psalm 119:72

How sweet are Your words to my taste! Yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
Psalm 119:103

Therefore I love Your commandments Above gold, yes, above fine gold.

Psalm 119:127

The Bible Is A Living Book

For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Hebrews 4:12

"It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.
John 6:63

The Bible Must Be Assimilated

For the Bible to become a living, breathing, life-giving reality for you, you must assimilate it. You don't just read a cookbook, you eat the meal. If you don't assimilate it, no matter how much you appreciate it, what good is it? And with the Bible, it means that you are to take it into your mind, to thoroughly comprehend it, to use it as nourishment for your mind and heart. How do you do that?

Ask God To Be Your Teacher

Blessed are You, O LORD; Teach me Your statutes.
Psalm 119:12

Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law.
Psalm 119:18

Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,
Luke 24:45

Incline my heart to Your testimonies And not to dishonest gain.
Psalm 119:36

Your hands made me and fashioned me; Give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.
Psalm 119:73
